How to purchase Saba Multidays

 

Purchasing your Multidía is very easy:  

  • Do it online from the Saba website or app.  
  • You can book directly from the search engine or on the page of the car park you choose.  
  • The product is prepaid and must be purchased before parking (you can do so on the same day you start using it).  
  • The purchase can only be made before the start of your stay.  

 

If Multiday is available for that car park and dates, it will automatically appear as an option when you enter the date and time of entry/exit.  

  • If it does not appear, it means that it is not available for that car park or period. 

 

 

Frequently asked questions

 

Is this product available in all car parks?  

Yes, the Multidía 24 horas product is available in most car parks. If it is not available in a particular car park, we will inform you during the purchase process.  

Can I extend the number of days of Multiday? 

It is not possible to extend a Multiday that has already started. You must purchase a new product for additional days.  

Can I use Multiday in different car parks? 

No. The product is only valid in the car park selected at the time of purchase. 

Do I have to take a ticket when I enter? 

Yes. You will need to take a ticket when you enter and go to the car park’s customer service desk. There, your booking will be exchanged for a multi-day ticket. If there is no staff on duty, you can contact our 24-hour customer service via the intercom at the entrances or at the ticket machines. 

Can I enter and exit several times during the contracted period? 

Yes, Multidays allows unlimited entries and exits while the product is active.
